Managing the processes that keep their stores stocked up and ready for business, your leadership and your ability to motivate teams and individuals will be crucial. As well as maximising profit and hitting stock holding targets, your effective development and deployment of staff will help drive increased engagement at all levels. A passionate advocate for the customer experience, you’ll identify key business priorities, evaluate operational processes and deliver change, inspiring and engaging your team to do great things.
Open to new ideas and confident communicating your vision and values, you’ll have a great record of leadership and a thorough understanding of high volume stock movement processes.
