This world renowned fashion retailer are looking to recruit a new store manager for their flagship store in Lakeside.
They are looking for a manager who puts service at the forefront of everything they do. You will need to be incredibly commercially focused and have proven results where you have managed turnover up to £8 million and made sound, profitable business decisions. Managing a very large team you will need to be an iconic leader who can drive the team to continue in this brands great success. With an eye for detail and great people skills you will never lose sight of the big picture. It's a balance of common sense, decisiveness and the proven ability and determination to succeed. And your office? The sales floor.
For your hard work and commitment, you will be rewarded with a salary of up to £41,000, 5 weeks paid holiday, pension and healthcare options and a fantastic bonus scheme.
