This world renowned luxury retailer are looking for a deputy manager for their store in Bicester.
Reporting to the store manager, you will be responsible for a team of over 200 staff, managing a large customer base in a store that has a very prestigious reputation throughout the world. Supporting the store manager in the effective running of the store you will be responsible for a large management team, ensuring commercial effectiveness, managing the team development and training, responsible for recruitment and induction, maintaining an excellent customer experience instore and driving the store team to build on it's previous success.
Ideally, you will already be an incredibly successful manager with experience working in a large volume store environment and looking to progress your career with a brand who can develop you and offers great rewards.
