London Gatwick is the busiest single runway airport in the world. It serves over 200 destinations in 90 countries for around 33 million passengers a year on full service, charter and short-haul leisure airlines. It is also a major economic driver for the south-east region, generating around 23,000 on-airport jobs and a further 13,000 through related activities. The airport is situated 28 miles south of London with excellent public transport links, including the award winning Gatwick Express.
RHR are currently recruiting for Security Team Leaders - a role which focuses on providing a great experience for all customers and third parties. This will involve effectively leading security teams to ensure that security standards are maintained as well as being responsible for managing the efficient flow of travellers through security. It is heavily involved with the management and development your team therefore a desire to work closely with and enjoy the management of people is vital.
You may never have thought about working in the airport environment but we are looking for people who can deliver operational excellence, have great communication skills along with a passion for delivering a truly world class service.
