Online "ethical" retailer to join AIM

06 November 2007 10:04

Adili, an online "ethical" retailer, co-founded by former ASOS director Quentin Griffiths, has announced plans to launch on the junior AIM market just one year after it first began trading. The company will use the proceeds to fund expansion and develop own-label merchandise.
The company was set up last year to sell jewellery, clothing and accessories sourced under fair trade, organic and environmentally or socially responsible principals. Adili recently recruited Sim Scavazza, the former head of Miss Selfridge, as its new creative director to lead product development.
The first dealings of the shares are expected in late November.
