Nando’s voted best company to work for in Sunday Times list

Nando's has been voted the best big company to for work in the Sunday Times annual list. The group, which operates 220 UK restaurants and employs more than 6,300 staff, achieved the best score for the categories Wellbeing (70%), My Manager (76%) and My Team (79%). It also achieved the second best rating for Leadership (75%), the third best score for Fair Deal (61%) and My Company (77%) and the fourth highest score for Personal Growth (72%).
In February, it was announced that Nando's was the only hospitality company to be awarded three stars in the Best Companies Accreditation 2010 scheme.
