Designer outlet centre sees increase in first quarter sales

Designer outlet centre Gunwharf Quays has reported a 7.3% increase in first quarter overall sales compared to the same period last year. Over 4,000 jobs are to be created in Bristol when the Cabot Circus shopping complex opens in September. The development will include approximately 1 million sq ft of retail and leisure space as well as apartments, offices and public spaces in the heart of Bristol.
