Black Leisure has terminated its takeover negotiations. In a statement the group said: "On 10 February 2009, Blacks Leisure confirmed that it had received approaches concerning a possible offer for the group. Blacks Leisure has confirmed that it has received "approaches concerning a possible offer for the group".
