HR Business Partner - EMEA
This exciting, well-respected and loved beauty brand is looking for a HR Business Partner to support the European teams, initially on a 12 month contract. Overseeing several projects as well as generalist HR, you will manage a HR Advisor and together will support the European team in ensuring they are performing to the best of their ability.
As an internal consultant and problem solver to field management on people-related issues, you will act as an employee champion and change agent, and be responsible for talent management, capability building and engagement, driving change through the People Strategy and the retail leadership team across the UK and Europe.
You will have gained extensive experience across either retail or hospitality with an in-depth knowledge of both the UK and European law. The role covers seven territories across Europe. Experience with France and Germany would be advantageous but not essential.
In return the business is offering a competitive salary of up to £55,000 with a comprehensive benefit package. Flexible home working is encouraged, in the short term the role will purely be home based but once the restrictions are lifted you will work two to three days in the office with the rest home based.
