A unique opportunity for an established HR Manager to join a growing healthcare business in South West London. You will be the brand ambassador for a luxury 5 star business, where excellent service delivery to residents and employees are a top priority.
The business owns and operates three retirement communities in London and Dorset, with further expansion plans in London and Essex. The business has a commitment to providing outstanding care, authentic choice and unrivalled hospitality and facilities to their residents.
As the HR Manager, the role will be hands-on, collaborating with the Chief Operating Officer to introduce processes and best practices in a multi-million pound operation. Your responsibilities will include recruitment processes, operational, training and development. If you have an extensive experience in ER, this will give you an edge and advantage to excel in the role. You will work closely with heads of department and the Chief Operating Officer to drive and support the HR function and people strategy.
The business is open on sector and background; this opportunity will suit a HR Manager or HR Business Partner who is looking for a chance to make a difference within a growing business. You will receive a salary package of £50,000 plus benefits, and the ownership of influencing and implementing the HR strategy for this luxury business that provides an essential service.
