Learning and Development Advisor - Lakeside

Are you currently a retail trainer, or are you a retail manager with previous experience in customer service training? This role is an opportunity to develop your practical training experience and knowledge!

As an L&D advisor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training, in line with the national and local training plans. You will work closely with Operations Managers, Business Support and the wider Learning and Development team to regularly update training material and resources and deliver development programmes.

This role presents an opportunity to utilise and develop your training skills in a fast-paced, retail environment, whilst also allowed retail managers to move into an HR/head office based role.

Successful candidates can expect to receive a competitive salary plus benefits package, and will have previous experience in a training capacity.
