We have been offering parent-friendly hours for over a decade, offering the chance to take 13 weeks leave to dedicate to your family during the school holidays. By taking a slightly reduced basic salary we offer you the opportunity to work full time hours during term time whilst having time off during every school holiday.

You will be partnering with some of the most famous and most prestigious brands in the retail and hospitality industries, along with some of the most exciting, up and coming companies in the UK. You will source the best talent and deliver an outstanding service to our brand partners and candidates alike. You’ll be working on diverse roles and speaking with candidates from managerial appointments through to roles in HR, digital, finance and other head office functions, including buying and merchandising — and, no two days will be the same.
If you can work at pace, manage ever-changing priorities and have a ‘go-get-em’ attitude, then you will fit right in! Full training will be provided over a comprehensive three month induction programme. You do not need any experience in retail or recruitment, all you need is the willingness to learn and the passion to succeed.
The basic salary for this role is a base of £20,000 to £24,000 depending on your experience, working full time hours during term time. In addition there is a generous, uncapped commission scheme and flexible working hours with an office/home hybrid upon completion of your induction.
