As Sous Chef you will be responsible for:
- Running daily kitchen operations
- Managing your team of chef's
- Be in charge of the kitchen in absence of Head Chef
- Ensuring all Health & Safety procedures are in place and up to date
- Help creating weekly ROTA
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have previous experience as a Sous Chef
- Be hands on leader and lead by example
- Have a passion for providing excellent service
- Be willing to develop your chef's and promote them
- Have experience in managing a team of 6 or more
- Have experience with preparing fresh food dishes
