We are currently seeking a Store Manager to lead our team in Basingstoke – a vibrant Hampshire town known for its lively shopping scene, excellent transport links, and welcoming community. Your Role as Store Manager

As Store Manager, you’ll lead a passionate team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving store performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Motivate: Inspire your team to deliver excellent service and achieve sales goals.

Drive Performance: Use commercial insight to identify opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.

Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to brand standards.

Team Development: Support, coach, and develop your team to help them grow and succeed.

What We’re Looking For

Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.

Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to achieving sales results.

A genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences.

Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential – full training and support are provided.
