Your Role as Store Manager

As Store Manager, you’ll lead by example, drive store performance, and ensure every customer enjoys a warm and engaging experience. We’re looking for a proactive, commercially aware leader who’s passionate about retail and customer service. Fashion retail experience is an advantage, but not essential — we provide full training and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales: Motivate and inspire your team to exceed targets while ensuring every customer leaves happy.

Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations smoothly — including stock management, visual merchandising, and cost control.

Boost Profitability: Implement local initiatives and promotional activity to drive store performance.

Deliver Customer Excellence: Uphold Bonmarché’s personal service standards to create a memorable shopping experience.

Lead and Develop the Team: Coach, support, and empower your team to reach their full potential.

What We’re Looking For

Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of the retail environment and local customer needs.

Leadership Skills: Confident, approachable, and able to motivate a small but passionate team.

Sales Drive: Enthusiastic about achieving results and engaging with customers on the shop floor.
