We are currently seeking a Store Manager to lead our team at Bonmarché within Baytree Garden Centre, Spalding – a popular destination known for its welcoming atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and loyal customer base. Your Role as Store Manager
As Store Manager, you’ll lead a passionate and dedicated team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, drive sales, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and Motivate: Inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Drive Performance: Use commercial insight to identify growth opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and adherence to brand standards.
• Customer Focused: Create a warm, welcoming shopping environment that reflects Bonmarché’s brand values and complements the friendly Baytree atmosphere.
• Team Development: Support, coach, and develop your team to help them reach their full potential.

What We’re Looking For

• Retail experience is desirable but not essential – full training and ongoing support are provided.
