What is Outfit?
It's the out-of-town fashion store, housing the leading brands under one roof - all at the same prices you'd find on the high street.
Our 36 stylish, easy-to-shop stores are all located at easily accessible retail parks across the country, so you can take the car and make the most of easy parking (and in most cases free!). And we've got more stores opening this year.
What do we sell?
There's something for everyone, with top-to-toe collections from Burton, Dorothy Perkins, evans, Miss Selfridge, Topman, Topshop, Wallis, Principles and Warehouse.
The combination of brands varies store by store. And to give you even more choice, in some stores we also have Ben Sherman, Playboy and Quiksilver ranges.
Where did we come from?
In the 1990s, our then parent company Sears spotted a gap in the market. With the development of large shopping malls being restricted, out-of-town retail parks were the new alternative. And they gave Sears an ideal opportunity to sell all their fashion brands in one place.
The first Outfit store was opened in Nottingham in 1995. This was so successful that more soon followed, and Outfit became the leading multi-brand, out-of-town fashion store.
In 1999 we became part of the Arcadia Group and have since gone from strength to strength. And now that retail parks are more popular than ever, Outfit is set to keep on growing.
