Online retailer Amazon has announced the appointment of Susan Saideman as the new vice president for fashion in Europe.
Ms Saideman will be replacing Sergio Bucher, who is now at Debenhams as chief executive.
Joining the company in 2013 as head of global vendor management, Ms Saideman will now be responsible for building the company’s fashion selection and improving on the customer experience across the five European fashion websites in Spanish, French, Italian, English and German.
Previous positions held by Ms Saideman include president of the Mars Retail Group, as well as working at Bain & Company and Pepsi.
