John Lewis has appointed Sienne Veit to become its director of online product.

The newly created role will allow Sienne Veit to be accountable for the development of the retailer's online customer experience across all channels.

Online director Mark Lewis said: “I'm delighted that Sienne will be joining the online team as director of online product. With a deep passion for customer experience and many years working in the digital retail space, Sienne is ideally placed to lead the next stage of our online and omni-channel growth and ensure customer experience across our website, mobile, tablet and other devices are market-leading.”
