Fashion chain Blue Inc is reported to be close to a flotation on the London Stock Exchange, joining a raft of retailers who are looking to make similar moves this year.

The move follows the departure of current chairman Sir Stuart Rose according to the Telegraph. The company, founded in 1912, generated a turnover of 120 million pounds in 2013 and is currently under the control of Steven Cohen and his group of investors, who bought the apparel retailer from the Levy family in 2006.
