Over 4,000 jobs are to be created in Bristol when the Cabot Circus shopping complex opens in September. The
development will include approximately 1 million sq ft of retail and leisure
space as well as apartments, offices and public spaces in the heart of Bristol.
The shopping district will total 120 new stores and a 13-screen 'Cinema de
Lux'. In addition, the historic buildings at Quakers Friars will become the
centrepiece of a new European style piazza, featuring apartments, shops,
restaurants and cafes.
Retailers already signed up include House of Fraser, Harvey Nichols, Ghost,
Zara, Molton Brown and Swarvoski and restaurants Leon and Tampopo.
