Talk terminate at Blacks

Black Leisure has terminated its takeover negotiations. In a statement the group said: "On 10 February 2009, Blacks Leisure confirmed that it had received approaches concerning a possible offer for the group. The board of Blacks Leisure can confirm that all discussions relating to these approaches have now been terminated".
Attempts to revitalise the leisure brand have been relatively successful but the group's progress has been held back by the lacklustre performance of its boardwear division.
