Carluccio looks to open 50th site

Italian chain Carluccio is expected to open its 50th site later this year, after opening four new sites recently. The new openings will bring the estate to 49 restaurants, with another one or two venues expected to open in this calendar year.
The chain, which is run by Simon Kossof, also has four restaurants overseas operated by franchise partners.
