Northcote Group joins Hospitality Recruitment Academy

The Northcote Group has taken one of the few remaining membership places on the recruitment academy developed by The National Skills Academy Hospitality. The academy currently endorses 13 colleges who deliver the Professional Cookery Diploma.
These courses create a high calibre of chef students ready to enter the industry on a yearly basis. The recruitment academy "bridges the gap between college and the kitchen", linking trained chef graduates directly to employers.
Other industry brands that have joined the academy include Mitchells & Butlers, The Athenaeum, Yo! Sushi, The Vineyard Group, The Hempel, The Hilton Metro Division, The Savoy and Peach Pubs Company.
