Struggling retailer Jane Norman is understood to be in rescue talks with two private equity investors.
Sun Capital Partners and Better Capital have both separately held talks with the retailer's lenders about buying the business.
Better Capital has teamed up with the management team behind fashion group Aurora, which owns businesses including Karen Millen, Oasis and Coast.
