New Look loses another executive

New Look's group marketing director Joe Irons has left the company to join Monsoon Accessorize as e-commerce and multi-channel director.
His departure comes just three months after Nick Cross, former chief marketing officer at New Look, exited after less than six months in the role.
Chief executive Carl McPhail left the retailer in March resulting in founder Tom Singh stepping in as interim chief executive. Mr Singh has instigated a senior management shake-up after returning to the business, including reversing the appointment of former Primark buying and merchandising director Julian Kilmartin, who is now advising outdoor chain Blacks, and retaining Barbara Horspool, New Look's group design director who was persuaded to stay at the business after resigning to join Oasis.
