La Tasca launches first loyalty card

19 January 2012 10:08

Spanish restaurant chain La Tasca has launched its first loyalty card in a strategic approach to reward loyal customers.

Available from Monday, the card with initially provide diners with 20% off their total food bill but the scheme will also feature promotions and events throughout the year. It will be available online or through the company's restaurants.

Simon Wilkinson, CEO says: "The decision to launch the card came after the removal of a large amount of vouchers from the market and the strategic approach to continually reward guests that return to La Tasca on a loyal basis. We love our customers and we want to see them return time and time again."

"La Tasca plans for 2012 include driving the guest loyalty base and encouraging guests to dine with the brand when convenient to them, not simply restricting them to voucher time slots to suit the business.

"Customer service starts with listening and this has been achieved with online forums, consumer feedback mechanisms and social media activity to understand what the guest wants."
