Are you a highly organised operations professional with a passion for logistics, supply chain coordination, and delivering exceptional service? We're partnering with a fast-growing consumer products business seeking a logistics & operations coordinator to join their expanding team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring products move efficiently across global supply chains while supporting day-to-day operational excellence.

The role

As Logistics & Operations Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing inventory flows, supporting operational processes, and ensuring products reach customers and partners on time and in full.

Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, freight partners, and customers, you'll help drive efficiency across the entire supply chain.

Key responsibilities

· Coordinate domestic and international shipments from suppliers to customers and distribution partners.
· Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning activities.
· Manage relationships with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and warehouse partners.
· Track orders and resolve delivery issues proactively.
· Maintain accurate operational and logistics records.
· Support demand planning, forecasting, and reporting activities.
· Assist with process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
· Ensure compliance with shipping, customs, and regulatory requirements.
· Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams.

About you

· Previous experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or customer fulfilment.
· Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
· Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/order management systems.
· A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
· Experience coordinating international shipments would be advantageous.
