EC Markets’ UK business delivered a strong performance in 2025
EC Markets’ UK business delivered a strong performance in 2025, nearly doubling its revenue to more than $6.3 million, a significant jump from $3.2 million the year before. This momentum carried through to profitability, with operating profit rising above $1 million and net profit reaching $986,885, marking a clear step forward in the firm’s financial trajectory.
The company’s expanding headcount played a role in rising administrative costs, growing from 11 to 18 employees as EC Markets continued to scale its UK operations. This investment in people reflects the broader growth of the organisation, which now operates across multiple global jurisdictions. Alongside its FCA authorisation, EC Markets also holds regulatory licences in Australia, South Africa, Mauritius, Seychelles and the UAE.
This widening regulatory footprint underscores the firm’s ambition to strengthen its international presence while maintaining robust compliance standards. As EC Markets continues to grow, its UK results highlight how strategic expansion and operational investment can translate into meaningful financial gains.
At RHR, we believe this performance signals a company leaning confidently into global growth, supported by disciplined scaling and a clear commitment to regulatory strength.
