A new flagship Harry Potter destination is set to open on Oxford Street this November, becoming the largest official store of its kind in the UK

Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences will open the UK’s largest official Harry Potter store on 4 November 2026, marking a major new addition to Oxford Street. Spanning more than 21,000 sq ft across two floors at The Ribbon, the flagship will bring an immersive Diagon Alley inspired environment to central London, complete with themed retail zones, food and beverage offerings, and exclusive products created for the location.

The store has been designed as a full journey into the wizarding world. Visitors will find a Leaky Cauldron‑themed F&B area, a Gringotts section featuring a Ukrainian Ironbelly Dragon installation, and a full‑sized Knight Bus at the rear of the space. Alongside these experiences, the shop will offer unique merchandise such as a Diagon Alley wand, Oxford Street‑exclusive collectibles, MinaLima artwork, and a Butterbeer label collection.

Karl Durrant, SVP of Retail at Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences, described the opening as a milestone for the brand, noting the significance of bringing a major Harry Potter destination back to the city where the story began. He emphasised that every detail has been crafted to make fans feel as though they’ve stepped directly into Diagon Alley, whether they’re London locals or international visitors.

London already hosts a smaller Harry Potter shop at King’s Cross and the Warner Bros. Studio Tour in Leavesden, while dedicated stores operate globally in cities such as New York, Chicago and Tokyo. With this new flagship, the UK’s capital is set to strengthen its position as a key destination for fans of the franchise.
