FatFace is a much-loved British lifestyle brand with a story rooted in adventure, friendship, and a passion for living life to the fullest. Founded in 1988 by friends Tim and Jules after a season in the French Alps, the brand has grown from a small sweatshirt business into a leading retailer known for quality clothing, responsible sourcing, and a strong sense of community.
Today, FatFace remains committed to creating thoughtfully designed products that help customers embrace everyday adventures. Inspired by the world around them, the business combines effortless British style with a genuine commitment to making responsible choices for its products, people, and planet. As a certified B Corp, sustainability, social responsibility, and long-term positive impact sit at the heart of the organisation's values.
The organisation is built around a shared belief that life should be enjoyed, relationships matter, and inclusion is not an aspiration but an expectation. Colleagues are united by a desire to deliver exceptional experiences while supporting one another to achieve their best.
Working at FatFace means being part of a people-focused business that values its employees, customers, and communities. The company fosters a collaborative and inclusive culture where individuals are empowered to share ideas, take ownership, and make a meaningful impact while growing and celebrating success together.
Stores are at the heart of the FatFace experience, providing friendly service, expert advice, and strong community connections. Leaders at all levels empower high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while bringing the FatFace brand and culture to life.
Based in Havant, FatFace’s Support Hub brings together specialist teams across functions such as IT, Finance, People, Retail Operations, Property, and Wholesale. Working collaboratively, these teams drive innovation, support business performance, and enable stores and colleagues across the organisation to succeed.
