Assistant Store Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious leader to join a premium beauty brand that is committed to customer service, product expertise, and team development.

As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the business. You'll lead by example on the shop floor, inspire your team to deliver outstanding service and help drive sales performance across the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and promote brand loyalty
• Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance
• Oversee visual merchandising and maintain premium store standards
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff training
• Manage stock control, replenishment, and inventory processes
• Act as Store Manager in their absence

About You

• Previous experience in a retail management role, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance or premium retail
• A passion for customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills
• Commercially aware with a track record of delivering results
• Positive, energetic, and hands-on management style
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

The salary up to £38,000
