We’re partnering with a globally recognised, creative lifestyle retail brand known for its distinctive stores, inspiring customer experiences and strong focus on creativity, styling and community. The brand is passionate about creating an environment where both customers and teams feel inspired, with a culture that encourages individuality, development and exceptional service. We’re currently recruiting Assistant Store Managers for two London locations: a high-volume, Tier 1 store in Spitalfields and a key location at Brent Cross.

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, service, profitability and operational excellence, while taking ownership of the store in their absence. You’ll lead, coach and develop the management and wider store team, supporting succession planning and creating a high-performing, motivated culture. You’ll also play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining strong visual and merchandising standards, managing stock and loss prevention, analysing commercial performance and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

We’re looking for an ambitious, brand-driven and service-led retail leader with previous management experience in a fast-paced, creative and customer-focused environment. You’ll have a proven track record of developing teams and individuals, driving sales and commercial results, and managing stock and payroll effectively. Strong communication, organisation and coaching skills are essential, alongside a genuine passion for styling, visual presentation, current trends and creating an inspiring customer experience. The ability to identify challenges and implement creative, commercially minded solutions will be key.

For the Spitalfields opportunity, the salary is up to £36,000 and for Cross opportunity offers a salary of £31,200. Both positions offer the opportunity to join a creative, people-focused retail environment with strong opportunities for development and progression. The recruitment process consists of a one-hour in-person interview with the Store Manager, followed by a 30-minute Zoom final interview including a SWOT task with the Cluster Manager.
