Assistant Store Manager

A growing lifestyle fashion retailer is looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the leadership team within its new Altrincham location. Working closely with the Store Manager, the successful candidate will support all aspects of store operations, helping to lead, motivate and develop the team while maintaining the highest standards across customer service, visual merchandising, and operational excellence. This role will play a key part in driving sales performance, enhancing customer loyalty and ensuring the store consistently delivers against its commercial objectives.

This company is looking for a motivated retail leader with previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Department Manager within a fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail environment. Candidates should have a strong understanding of KPIs, excellent people management skills and a passion for creating a positive and engaging customer experience. A hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example are essential.

The salary is paying up to £34,000
