  • Understands how digital and physical retail work together and the importance of the customer journey across channels.
  • Is comfortable working within an eCommerce team while collaborating closely with stores and wider retail functions.
  • Has good working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google’s business/digital platforms.
  • Is confident learning and navigating internal systems and platforms.
  • Is highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Can work at pace in a fast-moving, peak trading environment.
  • Has strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to join a recognised global fashion brand at a particularly busy and exciting time of year, working alongside an experienced CRM and eCommerce team.

Immediate availability is highly desirable.

Salary range

  • £35,000 - £40,000 per year
