Deputy Manager, Oxford Street (Lingerie Brand)

We’re working with a leading lingerie and lifestyle retailer to recruit a deputy store manager for their flagship Oxford Street location. This is a high-profile store with a circa £2m turnover and a team of around 20, located in the heart of London. The successful candidate will have strong visibility across the business and exposure to senior leadership, making this an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As deputy store manager, you’ll work closely with the established store manager to lead the team and drive performance across the store. This is a highly customer-focused, assisted-sales environment, with fitting room experience and loyalty key drivers of the store’s success. You’ll be a visible floor leader who leads by example, motivates the team, supports day-to-day operations and helps deliver commercial targets and an outstanding customer journey.

We’re looking for an experienced retail leader who enjoys being hands-on, coaching teams and driving performance from the shop floor. A genuine interest in lingerie and the brand will be important, alongside strong customer service and commercial awareness. You’ll need to be confident leading a team, comfortable in a busy flagship environment and happy to work a 39-hour contract across 5 days out of 7, including a share of weekends and both opening and closing shifts.

The role offers a salary of £33,000–£35,000, plus a monthly bonus of up to 10% based on store sales.
