Deputy Manager | Premium Luxury Retail

We're recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join a premium, highly respected retail brand at Bluewater. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a small but exceptionally successful business with a strong culture, loyal customer base, and a genuine focus on people.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in leading a team of 10, including the direct management and development of two Team Leaders. You'll help create an engaging, service-driven environment where customers receive expert advice and support when making highly considered purchases.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
• Coaching, motivating and developing a team of passionate retail professionals
• Leading two Team Leaders to deliver consistently high performance
• Driving customer engagement and creating memorable luxury retail experiences
• Ensuring exceptional visual standards and attention to detail throughout the store
• Contributing to commercial performance and store profitability
• Leading by example with impeccable personal presentation and professionalism

What we're looking for:

• Experience in premium, luxury or service-focused retail management
• A natural people leader with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop others
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for delivering world-class customer service
• High personal standards and exceptional attention to detail
• Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset

The rewards:

• £35,000 - £38,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
• Monthly bonus opportunity of £350 - £700
