Deputy Manager – West London

An established ladieswear retailer are looking for a Deputy Manager as part of their management team. As Deputy Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, maximise commercial opportunities and ensure the store consistently delivers against key performance targets. You'll lead from the front, coaching and motivating colleagues to provide outstanding customer service while creating a positive and engaging shopping environment. You'll also support the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members, helping to build a high-performing and customer-focused culture.

You'll take ownership of the day-to-day operational running of the store, ensuring the highest standards are maintained across stock management, visual presentation, compliance, health & safety, and security. You'll analyse trading performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement action plans that support continued growth. As a key member of the leadership team, you'll be responsible for maintaining excellent operational standards while ensuring customers receive a seamless and memorable shopping experience.

To be successful, you'll have previous retail management experience at Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or equivalent level, ideally within a high-volume environment. You'll be a confident leader with strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to inspire and develop teams. The salary is paying up to £35,000
