Are you an experienced Ecommerce Operations professional with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering seamless digital experiences? A global fashion powerhouse is looking for an Ecommerce Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring the performance, stability, and continuous improvement of a large-scale ecommerce platform. You'll be responsible for maintaining both front-end and back-end functionality while supporting the delivery of an exceptional customer journey across multiple markets.

In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day administration and optimisation of the ecommerce platform, ensuring it operates effectively across key business functions including customer experience, order fulfilment, payment processing, and digital marketing. You'll stay ahead of software updates, platform enhancements and business-critical events, implementing effective monitoring processes and delivery frameworks to ensure operational excellence and minimise disruption.

Working closely with cross-functional teams including UX, Digital Design, Merchandising, Logistics, and Inventory Management, you'll act as a key link between business and technical stakeholders. You'll take ownership of issue resolution, managing incidents through to completion while coordinating with internal development teams, global stakeholders, and third-party partners. You'll also support platform enhancement projects, gathering requirements, creating documentation, coordinating testing, and ensuring new functionality is delivered successfully and meets business expectations.

To succeed, you'll bring proven experience within a global retail ecommerce environment, alongside a strong understanding of service delivery, digital technologies, and platform management. You'll be comfortable analysing business requirements, creating user stories, working within Agile environments, and collaborating with technical development teams. Experience with SQL, system design documentation, ecommerce platforms, payment gateways and tools such as Jira, Confluence and Miro will be highly advantageous. Strong communication skills, a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions will be essential for success in this role.

The salary is paying up to £75,000
