Floor Manager - East London

A hospitality chain known for their extensive offering and vibrant atmosphere is looking for a Floor Manager to join their team. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of a busy wet-led venue, leading from the front and ensuring every guest receives a first-class experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two shifts are the same, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and strong leadership to every service.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the venue, overseeing operations during your shifts, and driving high standards across the team. You'll coordinate busy trading periods, manage customer interactions, handle any issues with confidence, and ensure all compliance and operational procedures are followed. You'll also support stock management, cash handling, and help create a positive atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

Previous experience in a supervisory or duty management position within hospitality is required. You'll be confident motivating and developing people, making decisions under pressure, and leading by example on the floor. Strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and a genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences will set you apart.

The salary is paying up to £39,000
