Floor Team Manager – Oxford City Centre

A leading fashion retailer are looking for an ambitious and customer focused team manager to join their store leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail supervisor or manager to take the next step in their career with a highly recognised brand. You'll play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and supporting the ongoing development of a talented store team.

As Team Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to maximise sales through outstanding service standards and effective leadership. You'll support the recruitment, coaching and development of colleagues, ensuring the team is engaged, motivated and equipped to deliver results. Acting as a true brand ambassador, you'll inspire those around you with your passion for retail while championing the values and standards that underpin the business's continued success.

You'll be responsible for maintaining all key operational controls across the store, including stock management, security, administration, cost control, health & safety, and shrinkage. You'll also drive awareness of promotions, loyalty initiatives, and specialist customer services, helping to enhance the overall shopping experience. Through regular coaching, performance management, and constructive feedback, you'll ensure colleagues understand expectations and are supported in achieving their goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will have previous retail management experience at supervisor level or above, ideally gained within a fast-paced retail environment. You'll possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate teams, adapt to changing priorities and deliver exceptional customer service.

The salary is paying up to £29,000
