HR Business Partner

We are delighted to be partnering with a globally recognised fashion retailer known for its innovative approach to clothing, high-quality everyday essentials and commitment to simplicity, functionality and continuous improvement. With a strong international presence and a growing UK store network, this is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative HR team supporting a fast-paced, customer-focused retail business.

As HR Business Partner, you will provide hands-on HR support across approximately 10 stores, with a strong focus on employee relations, managing cases from initial advice through to resolution, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, conduct and performance matters. You will coach and upskill store managers and HR Administrators, work closely with area managers, support recruitment initiatives and the graduate programme, and deliver management training to strengthen leadership capability across the business. You will also collaborate with colleagues across the wider European HR team.

The successful candidate will be fully CIPD qualified, with strong HR generalist and employee relations experience, including confidence handling complex cases and advising managers on employment policies and procedures. You will be an excellent communicator and relationship builder, with the confidence to influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities and take a practical, solutions-focused approach. Experience in retail, hospitality or another fast-paced, customer-focused environment would be beneficial. This is a hands-on operational HR role, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the business and supporting managers with day-to-day people challenges.

Salary up to £66,700 basic salary plus a 10% performance bonus, healthcare cash plan, 30% staff discount, access to sample sales and lots of other great benefits. The hybrid working pattern includes one day per week in the London office, two days working from home and two days visiting stores across your region. The office is based on Regent Street, London, with regular travel to stores across the UK.
