HR & Operations Manager

We’re partnering with a leading consumer products business, known for its innovative portfolio of much-loved lifestyle brands. With an international presence and a strong focus on creativity, collaboration and growth, the business is looking for an HR & operations manager to support its team in the Frankfurt area, Germany.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining office operations, facilities management and HR administration. You’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the office, manage supplier contracts, budgets, travel and logistics, coordinate health and safety and workplace wellbeing initiatives, and support employee onboarding, offboarding and absence administration. You’ll also provide administrative support to senior leadership, organise internal events and play a key role in an upcoming office move.

The successful candidate will have experience across office management, business operations and HR administration, with the confidence to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in German is essential, alongside strong organisational skills, a proactive and adaptable approach, and the ability to take ownership and work independently. Experience with employee administration, supplier management, health and safety, and working with international teams would be advantageous. The position is based in Frankfurt, offering a salary of €55,000–€65,000, a discretionary annual bonus and 33 days of annual leave. Hybrid working is available, with office attendance typically Tuesday to Thursday and the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. There is also longer-term potential to progress into a broader HR and Operations role supporting additional European markets.
