As a Inbound Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting inbound supply chain operations across the UK and Iberian markets. Working closely with logistics providers, warehouse partners and internal stakeholders, you will coordinate inbound shipments, monitor delivery performance, manage shipping documentation and ensure the smooth flow of goods from suppliers through to distribution facilities. The position offers excellent exposure to international logistics operations and provides the opportunity to contribute to process improvement initiatives as the business continues to grow.

To be successful, you will ideally have previous experience within logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding or import operations. You will possess strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of shipping documentation, inventory processes, customs procedures or inbound logistics would be advantageous, although candidates with strong coordination and administration experience gained within a supply chain environment will also be considered. Strong Excel skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders are essential.
