Merchandise Planner – Immediate Start

We are recruiting for an experienced Merchandise Planner to join an established international fashion and lifestyle brand on an initial 3-month temporary booking.

Candidates must be immediately available and not on a notice period to be considered.

This role will focus on financial planning, pricing, stock management and commercial performance across international markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Developing financial plans and forecasts to support commercial objectives.
• Managing WSSI, open-to-buy budgets and seasonal stock projections.
• Monitoring sales, inventory, margins and sell-through performance.
• Reviewing wholesale pricing and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
• Producing KPI reports and analysing sales and stock trends.
• Working closely with commercial, finance and international teams to optimise stock levels and product assortments.

About you:

• Previous experience in merchandise planning within fashion, retail or a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of WSSI, OTB, financial forecasting and inventory management.
• Experience in wholesale, franchise or international retail planning would be advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Commercially minded, highly organised and confident working independently.

The role offers hybrid working, with 3–4 days per week based in the Central London office.
