An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Merchandiser to join a leading fashion and accessories retailer. You'll play a key role in driving sales, profit, and stock efficiency across your categories, ensuring the right products are available at the right time across stores and digital channels. Working closely with Buying and Design teams, you'll help shape department strategy, identify commercial opportunities, and deliver an exceptional customer offering that reflects current trends and customer demand.

As Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for planning and managing product ranges, analysing trading performance, forecasting demand and making informed decisions on stock levels, intake, and pricing. You'll proactively monitor department performance, react quickly to changing trading patterns and optimise stock availability across all store formats and digital channels. Working closely with Buyers and Designers, you'll manage the critical path, ensuring key deadlines are met, risks are identified early and appropriate actions are implemented to maximise sales and profitability.

To succeed in this role, you'll have previous merchandising experience at Merchandiser or established Junior Merchandiser level, supported by strong analytical and trading skills. You'll be confident using data to drive commercial decisions and will have experience developing department strategies that align with business and financial objectives.
