A renowned skincare, fragrance and beauty company is looking for an ambitious Mobile Assistant Store Manager to provide leadership support across its London stores.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager who is approaching Store Manager level and wants to gain broader exposure across different stores, teams and trading environments.

The opportunity

As a Mobile Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support stores across London depending on business needs, including recruitment gaps, holidays, absence and particularly busy trading periods.

You’ll gain exposure to:

• Different store formats and team structures
• High-volume and flagship environments
• Smaller stores and outlet locations
• Different customer profiles and trading patterns
• A wide range of commercial and operational challenges

What you’ll do

• Support Store Managers with day-to-day leadership and operations
• Drive sales and store KPIs
• Coach and motivate teams
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Support product demonstration, storytelling and service standards
• Adapt quickly to different stores and teams
• Take ownership when stepping into a new environment
• Support recruitment, training and team development
• Help maintain strong operational and visual standards

About you

You’ll ideally be an experienced Assistant Store Manager who is ready to broaden your experience and take the next step towards Store Manager level.
