We’re working with a fast-growing, founder-led motorcycle and adrenaline lifestyle brand that is entering an exciting period of expansion across digital, retail and events. With a small, highly motivated team and a strong entrepreneurial culture, this is a business where the successful candidate will have genuine influence over the product and will work directly alongside the founders to help shape the next stage of growth.

We’re looking for a commercially minded junior buyer / product manager to take ownership of product from end to end. The role will cover product development, buying and range planning, supplier management, sourcing, costing and negotiation, critical path management, quality control and delivery. Working closely with the founders, you’ll help develop new product opportunities, analyse performance, maximise best sellers, improve slower-performing lines and make commercial decisions that drive both sales and margin.

The successful candidate will have at least two years’ experience at junior buyer, buying, sourcing or product management level, ideally gained within a fast-paced fashion environment such as fast fashion or a digitally led retailer. You’ll need to be commercially aware, creatively ambitious, highly organised and confident managing suppliers and the full product lifecycle. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who is self-led, adaptable, strategic and comfortable taking accountability for results. As part of a small team, being a strong character and an all-rounder is key, with the ability to work closely with founders and hit the ground running from day one.

The role offers a salary of up to £45,000. The position can be considered on a part-time basis, with flexible working available for the right person. The business is ideally looking for someone who can work predominantly from its Marlow office. This is a genuine opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of growth and have a direct impact on its product strategy and future success.
