Regional Manager

As Regional Manager, you will take responsibility for a sizeable Yorkshire region, including a number of larger, high-volume stores. This is not a steady-state leadership role. You will be leading teams through an exciting period of change, helping to embed new products, services and ways of working while continuing to drive strong commercial performance. You will work closely with Store Managers and their teams to translate strategy into action, using data and insight to identify opportunities, simplify priorities and maintain momentum across the region. Success will come from your visibility in the field, your ability to coach and develop leaders and your commitment to creating outstanding customer experiences while delivering sustained commercial growth.

We are looking for an engaging and authentic multi-site leader who knows how to get the very best from people. You may come from a retail, assisted-selling, service-led or customer-focused environment and will already have a track record of leading multiple locations through growth and change. What matters most is your ability to build credibility quickly, influence a diverse range of stakeholders and create high-performing teams. You'll be commercially astute, comfortable working at pace and capable of moving seamlessly between strategic thinking and operational execution. Just as importantly, you'll bring energy, resilience and emotional intelligence, with a leadership style that balances accountability with empathy and support.

In return, you'll receive a salary of £65,000-£70,000, depending on experience, alongside one of the strongest reward packages in the sector.
