A globally recognised premium athletic and lifestyle brand is looking for a Franchise Operations & Inventory Analyst to support the launch and growth of its India market. This is a hands-on opportunity working closely with the Inventory & Operations Manager, with responsibility for order and sample management, inventory flow, shipments and wider operational coordination. The role is office-based three days per week at 180 Strand, London.

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end order creation and tracking for new franchise market launches, coordinate product samples and shipments, and work closely with franchise partners and cross-functional teams across Fulfillment, Planning, Product Integrity and Franchise Business. You will also support inventory readiness, manage key documentation and information flows, and help implement new processes and workflows to ensure smooth partner integration and operational efficiency.

We’re looking for someone with around three years’ experience in inventory management, fulfilment, supply chain or a related function, with hands-on experience in order and sample management. Strong Excel and MS Office skills are essential, alongside excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with inventory data, shipment paperwork and commercial invoices. You’ll need to be highly organised, proactive and practical, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and collaborate effectively across teams while working to tight deadlines.

This is a part-time, self-employed contract role, working three days per week, 9:00am–5:00pm, with a contract running until 31 January 2027. Salary is based on experience. As the role is offered on a self-employed basis, the successful candidate will invoice the company directly and will need a Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) if they are not already self-employed.
